Getting started with Customer Portal

Customer Portal is IOR’s secure online self-service platform that gives you 24/7 access to your account and key services in one place. From the Home screen you can quickly see recent tag activity, view network pricing, and jump to common actions, while dedicated sections for Pricing, Tags, Invoices, Specialty Products, and Truck Wash let you manage tags, check current rates, and review or download invoices. With simple navigation and clear, always up-to-date information, Customer Portal saves you time, reduces manual admin, and gives you better visibility over your IOR account.

How Customer Portal is organised

You'll navigate within Customer Portal using the following:

  • Left sidebar provides primary navigation to the main features of Customer Portal. This menu may be shown or hidden by clicking on the menu icon.

  • Top menu, accessed by clicking on your user avatar, provides the Logout option.

  • Footer, shown at the bottom of every screen, provides quick access to resources on the IOR website.

 

Where to find the main features

The main sections of Customer Portal are:

  • Home. From here you can see a summary of your recent tag activity, network pricing and quick links to common actions.

  • Pricing. Provides access to network and bulk delivery pricing for IOR products.

  • Tags. Manage your tags and view details of transactions.

  • Deliveries & Stock Management. Manage deliveries and monitor stock levels across your sites.

  • Specialty Products. Details of transactions for IOR's range of premium oils, lubricants and packaged products.

  • Truck Wash. View transactions and download invoices for IOR's truck wash service.
