This guide will help you sign in to the IOR Customer Portal.
What you'll need
The IOR Customer Portal open in your web browser. Hint: start from ior.com.au and click "Login".
Your account username (usually your email address) and password.
Your mobile phone number, for receiving a two-factor verification code when you sign in.
Steps to complete this task
Navigate to the Customer Portal "Sign In" page in your web browser.
Enter your username and click “Continue".
Enter your password and click “Sign In”.
Click to verify your identity via multi-factor authentication:
If you opted-in to SMS, click "Text code to…". A verification code will be sent to your mobile.
If you opted-in to email, click “Email code to…”. A verification code will be sent to your email.
Enter the code you received and click "Verify".
You can choose to stay logged in by selecting “Don’t show this again” and clicking "Yes".
Common issues or points of confusion
On your first login, you'll be asked to enter your password twice. This helps us safely migrate your account into the new system.
If you don't receive your verification code within 30 seconds, click to resend the code. If this second code doesn't arrive, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and we can help.
Next steps
If this is your first time signing in, we will ask you to agree to our Terms & Conditions and let us know your name. Once you're signed in, you'll land on the Home screen, where you can see a summary of your recent tag activity, network pricing, and quick links to common actions. From here, use the left sidebar to navigate to the section you need.
