Who is the Authorised Person required at the end of the form?

The Authorised Person is someone in your organisation who can enter into agreements on behalf of the business — typically a director, company officer, or senior manager. 

They don't need to be the person completing the form. This person will receive an email requesting an e-signature to validate the application form. If the application is signed by an authorised representative, a letter of authority is required from the director on company letterhead.
