Network Pricing

Network Pricing in Customer Portal provides a consolidated view of the prices that apply when your vehicles draw fuel from the IOR network.

Key features

  • Consolidated network price view – See all applicable network prices for your sites in a single view.

  • Quick Filters - Provide quick access to "My Sites", recently visited sites or all IOR network sites.

  • Account and date selection – Select an account (where applicable) and date range to see the correct prices based on configured pricing rules.

  • Advanced filtering – Search or filter the fuel price list by fuel type, site or state, to narrow down to exactly the data you need.

  • Exportable network pricing data – Export your filtered network prices to CSV or TSV format, so you can use the data in your own tools, reports, or reconciliations.

 

View network pricing

  1. Navigate to Pricing in the left sidebar and select Network.

  2. Use the quick filters to switch between "My Sites", "Recently Visited Sites" or "All Network Sites".

  3. Choose your account. The list includes all accounts within your company that you have access to.

  4. Select the date you're interested in. You may see:

    1. A date selector. Choose the day for the specific pricing you need.

    2. A month selector. Choose whether to see this month or last month's pricing.

 

Find a specific network price

  1. Navigate to Network pricing.

  2. Quickly find pricing for a specific site by using the search box. Simply type the first few letters of the site name to immediately filter the list.

  3. Use the Filter & Sort option (next to the search box) to:

    1. sort the list by site, product, state or price.

    2. filter the list by product, site or state.

 

Export network pricing data

  1. Click "Export" to download your price list in CSV format.

  2. The file downloaded to your computer will include only the prices visible in your search results.

 

Common issues or points of confusion

  • Network pricing is for customers of the IOR Diesel Network. If you haven’t already, contact us today to find how IOR’s diesel network could benefit you and your business.

  • If you can't see the site you're interested in, make sure the "All Network Sites" tile is selected. The quick filters work in conjunction with the search and filter/sort options.

  • Pricing is available only for the past month. For historical pricing, contact your BDM,
