Deliveries & Stock Management

Deliveries & Stock Management helps you keep on top of fuel movements into your tanks and the stock levels on site. You can see recent and upcoming bulk deliveries, monitor current and historical tank levels, and use this information to plan orders and avoid run-outs. By bringing delivery confirmations and stock data together in one place, it's easier for operations, site managers, and finance teams to reconcile deliveries, understand usage patterns, and make informed replenishment decisions.

Key features

  • View recent and upcoming deliveries – See completed and scheduled bulk deliveries for the locations you manage, including date and time, site, product, quantity, and delivery status.

  • Monitor tank levels and stock movements – View current tank levels (where telemetry is available) alongside recent drawdowns and deliveries, so you can quickly understand how much product is on hand and how fast it is being consumed.

  • Filter and search by site, product, and date – Narrow down the information shown by selecting specific sites, products, or date ranges, or search for a particular delivery to investigate a query or reconcile a load.

  • Export delivery and stock data – Export the information currently visible on screen to CSV or TSV for use in your own planning, reconciliation, or reporting tools.
