Delivery Pricing in Customer Portal provides a current and historical view of delivery prices across your sites. Use this page to check the rates that apply to your deliveries, verify pricing for a specific date, and export pricing data for reconciliation or reporting.

Consolidated pricing across company accounts – View delivery prices for all your accounts and sites on a single page.
Powerful search, sort, and filter – Filter and sort pricing by site and product to quickly find the exact rate you need.
Up-to-date pricing visibility – Access the most current delivery prices available for your sites and products. Where exact pricing isn't available for a selected date, the next applicable price will be shown instead.
CSV and TSV exports – Export your filtered delivery pricing results in CSV or TSV format, using the same structure as our previous customer portal to reduce impact on your downstream processes and tools.
Viewing delivery pricing
Navigate to Pricing in the left sidebar and select Delivery.
Select the date you're interested in. Note that selecting a date too far in the future or past may result in no pricing being available.
Filtering delivery pricing
You can quickly find pricing for a specific site by using the search box. Simply type the first few letters of the site name to immediately filter the list.
The "Filter & Sort" option (next to the search box) lets you:
sort the list by site, product, state, or price.
filter the list by fuel type or site.
Exporting delivery pricing data
Click Export to download your price list:
Choose CSV for a comma-separated values file.
Choose TSV for a tab-separated values file.
The file downloaded to your computer will include only the prices currently visible in your search results.
Common issues or points of confusion
Delivery pricing is for customers of IOR’s bulk fuel delivery service, including deliveries of diesel, unleaded fuels, Avgas, and Jet-A1. Talk to your account manager about joining hundreds of Australian businesses who receive our bulk fuel deliveries every day.
