Transactions in Customer Portal is your central place to review IOR transactions across your organisation. Comprehensive sorting and filtering allow you to quickly find the transactions you need, and the ability to export makes it easier to reconcile invoices and understand consumption patterns across your fleet.

Full transaction history – View all recorded fuel transactions across your organisation in a single table.
Powerful sorting and filtering – Filter by date range, account, site, product, tag, vehicle, driver, and more to quickly drill into the specific activity you're interested in.
Fuel Report – Download a dedicated fuel report for a specified date range to see fuel usage against odometer readings, grouped by tag number.
Exportable data for analysis – Export filtered transaction lists in CSV, TSV, Tag Group (transactions grouped by tag number), or Gearbox format to perform deeper analysis, share with your team, or import into your own spreadsheet or reporting tools.
Make a payment – You can also make a payment directly from the Transactions page. Click through to our secure payment processor to pay by Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX.
Viewing transactions
Navigate to Tags in the left sidebar and select Transactions.
Select the date range for transactions that you’re interested in. The default selection shows transactions for the last month.
Optionally, use the Quick Filter to view transactions only for today.
The summary shows the total litres and value of the selected transactions.
The table shows the details for each transaction, including the account and site, vehicle details, and where available, the invoice number and downloadable invoice.
Downloading a fuel report
Navigate to Tags in the left sidebar and select Transactions.
Choose the account and date range you’re interested in.
Click Download to save the report to your computer.
Exporting transaction data
Navigate to Tags in the left sidebar and select Transactions
Select the date range for transactions that you’re interested in.
Click Export CSV to save the report to your computer.
Optionally, select your preferred format — TSV, TagGroup CSV, or Gearbox CSV.
The file downloaded to your computer will include only the transactions visible in your current search results.
Making a payment
Navigate to Tags in the left sidebar and select Transactions
Click through to either American Express or VISA/Mastercard to continue to our secure payment processor.
