Specialty Products in Customer Portal lets you view and manage purchases of non‑fuel items and services supplied at IOR depots and sites (for example oils, lubricants, additives, or other specialty products).
Instead of relying on manual records or separate invoices, you can see these purchases all in one place, filter and search by product, site, or date range, and export the data for reconciliation and internal reporting. This helps you understand total spend on specialty products, identify where and how they are being used, and align costs with your vehicles, projects, or cost centres.
Key features
View specialty product purchases in one place - See a list of specialty product purchases for the accounts and locations you have access to, including key details such as date, site, product, quantity, and total cost.
Filter and search by product, site, and date - Narrow down the list to specific products, depots/sites, or time periods, or search by product name or reference to quickly find particular purchases.
Export purchase data - Export the purchases currently visible on screen to a CSV or TSV file, respecting your filters and search, so you can reconcile against invoices or bring the data into your finance and asset systems.
