Truck Wash in Customer Portal lets you easily view and manage your vehicle wash activity at IOR's professional truck wash facilities. You can see when washes occurred, the vehicle and driver, and how much was charged, all in one place.
Key Features
View truck wash history – See a list of completed truck washes including date/time, account, vehicle and driver, and total charge.
Download invoices - Preview and download invoices related to our truck wash service.
Filter and search – Narrow down the list to a specific date range, service, account, or driver, or search to quickly find particular wash events.
Export truck wash data – Export the washes currently visible on screen to a CSV or TSV file, respecting your filters and search, so you can reconcile charges or load the data into your finance and fleet systems.
Viewing the purchases list
Navigate to Truck Wash in the left sidebar.
Purchases are grouped by date and paginated — use the pagination controls at the bottom of the page to set how many records are shown per page.
Each purchase shows the service type, quantity, unit price and total price, driver and rego.
Click on a row to view the account and invoice number.
Finding a specific purchase
Navigate to Truck Wash in the left sidebar.
Use the Search box to quickly filter the list by site or product.
Click on the Filter button (next to the search box) to:
a. sort the list by transaction date or total price.
b. filter the list by transaction date, service details or account details.
Download an invoice
Navigate to Truck Wash in the left sidebar.
Find the purchase you're interested in.
Click the invoice icon to preview the invoice, then click Download to save it to your computer.
Export the purchase list
Navigate to Truck Wash in the left sidebar.
Use the search, sort and filters to find the purchases you're interested in.
Click Export and select your preferred format — CSV or TSV.
The file downloaded to your computer will include only the purchases currently visible in your search results.
